Development of 300,000sqm new upmarket mix-used residential scheme in Almaty’s City centre comprising 6 towers with approx. 700 residential units, a retail mall and a luxury spa/clubhouse. Work wit h Ken Yeang on the design of a “Green Fissure”, a continuous strip of planting that meanders through the development. This strip runs up the facades of the buildings as a signature design feature.
Responsible of the residential layout, the project consists of 700 residential units and a 40,000sqm upmarket destination retail mall on a site area of 5.29ha. Premier City will be the ‘greenest’ development in Kazakhstan totalling 300,000sqm of new upmarket mix-used residential scheme in Almaty’s City centre in eleven 16-storey towers and 3 basement levels of car parking, 3,500sqm luxury spa/clubhouse and a low-level neighbourhood retail promenade of approx. 7500m2.
