Refurbishment and new build of 110,000M² retail and circulation areas.
Conception of the interior Mall concept of the shopping centre to find a same language through the differents buildings and coordinated in a multidisciplinary team (interior design, structural engineering, lighting design, and landscape design).
The project highlight the differents mains places by a specific design creating some focus points during the journey of the visitors. The floor and the ceiling become part of an intuitive wayfinding.
Design of fountains and rest areas, sreens panels “brise-soleils” for the rooflights and furnitures.
Design studies of principal entrances and canopies to create a link between the interior design and the extrenal features.
